I have over 20 years of experience in teaching and leading the Early Years Foundation Stage. I have also held assistant and deputy headship positions but have always retained close links with early years. In addition, I have been a local authority moderator and, as a Specialist Leader of Education (SLE), supported schools and led early years training at a teaching school in Croydon.
I have successfully worked with both schools and individual teachers to develop their practice. Feedback on my training and support has been excellent, with many commenting on the positive impact my support has had on both provision and teaching and learning. You can see some of the feedback below.
I currently create, and review, Level 3 and 4 early years training courses for a national online training organisation and am writing a book on outdoor learning.
